While we understand there are times where you might change your mind and want to get an order canceled, Sezzle is not able to cancel orders. To cancel an order, you will need to reach out to the merchant directly. Each merchant has their own policies regarding cancellations - for example, some might allow cancellations within 24 hours of the order being placed, and some might not allow cancellations at all.
Most commonly, you can find the merchant's policies on cancellations within their FAQ or help articles. We recommend reaching out to the merchant through their requested channels (typically email or a contact page on their website) and not social media, as not all merchants actively monitor social media.
