Typically, there are two areas where shoppers run into issues while trying to check out with Sezzle - getting to the Sezzle login screen itself, and logging in to your Sezzle account while making a purchase.
If you don't see Sezzle on the store's website (even if we used to be there), or if you're trying to finish the checkout process and are not being asked to log in to Sezzle, we ask you work with the store directly. There is a chance they have either deactivated Sezzle or they're experiencing general checkout issues. The merchant will be able to let you know what payment methods they're currently accepting, and they'll also be able to work with us directly if there is some sort of technical issue.
